How do I invite team members?

Go to Team Settings and click "Invite Member." Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). They'll receive an invite link and can join instantly with Google Sign-In.

Can clients see our campaigns?

Yes. You can invite clients as "Viewer" role, which gives them read-only access to their campaigns. They can see budgets, spend, and reports, but can't make changes. You can also share PDF reports via email.

How do I track spend from multiple platforms?

Log actual spend manually from your platform dashboards (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Flight Deck doesn't integrate directly with platforms yet, but we're building API connectors. For now, your media buyer logs spend once daily — takes 2 minutes.

What happens to data when I delete a campaign?

Campaigns go into "Archive" first — they're not deleted. Archived campaigns are hidden by default but searchable, so you can reference historical data for client reports. You can permanently delete archived campaigns after 30 days if needed.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Flight Deck is SOC 2 Type II compliant with end-to-end encryption. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Google OAuth for authentication, so we never store passwords. Regular security audits are conducted by third-party firms.

Can I manage multiple agencies?

During early access, each account manages one agency. When we launch Pro and Agency plans, multi-org support will be available — perfect for holding companies or agencies with subsidiaries. All your data stays isolated.

What if I go over budget?

Flight Deck alerts you when you're trending toward overspend (before it happens). You'll see red pacing warnings in the dashboard. You can also set budget caps per platform to prevent overspend. The whole point is to catch it early.

Do you offer API access?

API access is coming in Q2 2026 as part of the Agency plan. This will let you automate spend logging from your own systems or build custom integrations. Early access users will get priority access when it launches.
